Grand 1350m2 ground 50 metres from the beach in Samara, in the province of Guanacaste, Costa Rica (Pacific Coast), one of the most lenient climates in the country. The land is currently housed in the garden pool and parking, hence the possibility of expanding a phase II for the hotel. Photos are available upon request.

Everything is sold with facilities: furniture, bedding, equipment restoration, inventories of equipment, computer, website, bank accounts, registration services and a motor vehicle (truck Dodge Dakota Sport ). The employees are already trained and motivated to remain after the sale as well.

Hotel built in 2007. Decoration warm. Style is unique in respect of local art. Each room has been set up differently, some with kitchen. Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, TV, cable and mini-refrigerator.

The site also has a restaurant-bar and a sports bar, lounge and playing games, wireless internet for customers.
