Description

In a rural district of Finistere north of 5000 inhabitants (commune expanding) to 20 km of the sea. Renovated Longère centers of it borough in 2003 with terrace giving on a pretty raised garden. Carpark opposite. A number of forks and spoons: 36 in room + 20 in terrace and possibility of extension to the back.
Restoration: very varied and original chart: pancake shop + roasted meat + omelette + specialities of the house: feuilletines. (produced quality). We are 2 people to manage the trade + 1 waitress in summer (rural tourism: museum has proximity).
Opening except season: Thursday Friday (midday and evening), Saturday and Sunday the evening. In summer every evening + Thursday and Friday midday. 5 weeks of vacation.

cook arranged 5 years ago open on the room: Scheme of work receiving 3 pancake sellers, 2 plates induction, a Marie bath, 1 grill, 1 fryer.
In base: 2 furnaces for the feuilletines, a small freezer. With the back: a large cooled piece of furniture + a scheme of work under which is a piece of furniture 3 doors cooled.
Wash-hand, dishwasher, sink.
